If you receive defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, contact us immediately to resolve it. For faster return/exchange help, email us with your order number, contact info, and photos/videos of damages/flaws (if applicable). Keep all items and packaging until your claim is settled. Our policy lasts 30 days—refunds apply only to returns made within this period.
- Eligible Items for Return/Exchange All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint/hair. They must stay in original packaging with tags attached or cellophane seals intact. Items with removed tags cannot be returned.
- Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email confirmation and notify you if your refund is approved/rejected. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
- Non-Seller-Caused Issues For issues like poor fit, dislike, or keeping one of two tried items, buyers cover round-trip shipping costs. A 20%-50% restocking fee (based on the issue) also applies.
