Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Sherofy. Please review our streamlined shipping guidelines below for a smooth shopping experience:
1. Packaging
All dresses are carefully packed in waterproof bags. Delicate styles with beading or appliqués are shipped inside out to protect intricate details—simply reverse your dress upon receipt.
2. Supported Shipping Locations
We deliver to contiguous U.S. addresses only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). P.O. boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for delivery.
3. Delivery Timelines
Total delivery time = 4–8 business days of tailoring time + 6–10 business days of standard shipping time.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- Expedited shipping is available for select items—contact us at service@sherofy.com for details and fees.
- For orders missing the estimated delivery window, reach out to our support team for assistance.
4. Order & Shipping Rules
- Single Address per Order: We do not split orders for delivery to multiple addresses. For group orders, place separate orders or redistribute items after receiving your shipment.
- Undelivered Packages: Carriers make 3 delivery attempts. Unclaimed packages will be returned to Sherofy—contact us to arrange reshipment if this occurs.
- Order Cancellation: Cancelations must be requested by 2:00 PM (PST) on the same order date via service@sherofy.com, with your order number and contact information included. We process orders quickly, so late requests may not be approved.
- Address Responsibility: Ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses, and full refunds may not be issued in such cases.
5. Order Status & Tracking
- Orders placed Mon–Fri (excluding holidays) enter production within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
- You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
- For tracking issues or delayed parcels, contact us and we will assist by liaising with the courier on your behalf.
